Have something you want to get your employees’ input on? Post a question on a flip chart in your department or office, provide Post-its, and watch the ideas grow. It’s an informal focus group of sorts, where employees will periodically revisit the question and ideas, leading to great collaboration in real time (and without meeting!). Working virtually?
