How does leaderENGAGE work?
Step 1:
Leaders complete the leaderENGAGE Communications Diagnostic tool online, which assesses their communication skills via a self-evaluation and evaluations from their direct reports. Answers are then aggregated into a personal results report.
Step 2:
The Grossman Group facilitates a leaderENGAGE training session that examines The Eight Key Questions all employees have and the critical behaviors leaders need to answer those questions.
Step 3:
Leaders use the results of their diagnostic survey to compose a personal action plan that outlines immediate and long-term next steps to address those needs. Results reports can be analyzed in one-on-one coaching sessions with leaders and/or group workshops at your choice of location.
