Following his leadercommunicator platform development and one-on-one coaching, one leader at McDonald’s saw a 60 percent increase in “trust and leadership” and “satisfaction with the support and recognition received.” Specifically, the leader was above peer averages in 10 or 12 categories, versus 3 of 12 six months earlier.

The dramatic improvement was noticed by McDonald’s senior leadership.
