New eBook – Bosses: Good vs. Bad, 6 Must-Do Strategies to Lead with Your Inner Angel

Bosses: Good vs. Bad, 6 Must-Do Strategies to Lead with Your Inner Angel

What many bosses don’t realize is they have a profound impact on their employees’ work-lives and their careers. Not to mention their employer’s bottom-line (think turnover). People don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses.

Did you know, 20% of employees say their boss hurts or has hurt their career, according to a recent poll by Harris Interactive?

Every day we make choices that lead us in one direction or another. Picture the proverbial devil on one shoulder urging you to do the selfish thing and to take the last parking space in the lot, while the angel says to leave it for the person who arrived a split second before you.

In the workplace, we find the same sorts of dilemmas. Bosses do the same thing.

When the devil’s in charge, he urges the boss to take credit for someone else’s work. But when the angel’s running the show, he urges the boss to lead and inspire his team, and give credit where it’s due.

It’s no secret, good and bad bosses stick out more than “just okay” bosses and they leave either a path of destruction or trail of rose petals in their wake.

Think about your legacy and impact.

Don’t be a bad boss.

Download our new free eBook, Bosses: Good vs. Bad and get 6 must-do strategies to ensure you lead with your inner angel.
